Review the Terms and Conditions and information thats collected when you use your apps. AFAIK, the codes shouldn’t expire, but it’s likely tied to the email address you used when you completed the beta testing form so you may need to use the Apple account associated with the email to login to TestFlight to use it. You will be required to add your testers to your Apple Developer Account, and then, once they have accepted the invitation, add them as testers to TestFlight.
